Final Grace

A chrysalis emerges As a new form, only eyes Remain.
From his blue butterfly center Soul and blood converge Making one place for enough energy To step down, slowly, rung by rung.

This will be the final descent.

Back for only a moment, whispering “You’re a good ol’ girl, Fae.” Deep in those blue pools is A memory chain of events, Available at this final recognition.

Then he is gone again and finally.

Climbing back, all mortal weight Drops like petals from a dying flower, Silently, effortlessly, peacefully.
